Quick fixes

My reminders are not arriving

Frazzle reminders are scheduled entirely on your phone, so two settings control whether they appear:

  1. In your phone's system settings, check that notifications are allowed for Frazzle.
  2. In Frazzle, open Settings and confirm the reminder category you want is turned on (plan reminders, activity reminders, and come-back nudges each have their own switch, plus a master switch).
  3. Check your quiet hours. A reminder set inside quiet hours will not fire. The time pickers name your current quiet window when a time is not allowed.

Recurring reminders run for about two weeks and then ask whether to keep going, so an older one may simply have finished.

Hard Moments audio will not play

The coaching audio is downloaded from our servers the first time you use it, then cached on your device. If a clip will not play, you are usually offline the first time it is needed.

Connect to the internet and open the scenario again. Once a clip has downloaded it plays offline afterwards. If a scenario shows no listen button at all, audio for it is not available yet, and the written guidance still works on its own.

The app feels stuck, or something looks wrong

First, fully close and reopen the app. If content looks out of date, open Settings and tap Clear downloaded content & cache. This removes only content downloaded from our servers. Your profiles, plans, and settings stay on your device.

If a problem continues, email us and tell us your phone model and what you were doing when it happened. It helps us find it quickly.

How do I start over, or remove my data?

Your family's information lives only on your device. In Settings you can:

  1. Delete a single plan or delete a child profile.
  2. Delete all local data to reset the app to a fresh start. This cannot be undone.

Uninstalling the app also removes its local data. Because there is no account, there is nothing stored on a server under your name to recover or delete.

Do I need an account? I forgot my login

Frazzle has no accounts and no sign-in. There is no password to reset. Everything you do is saved on your device. This also means your data does not move to a new phone on its own, so treat a switch of phones as a fresh start.

How do I turn analytics on or off?

Anonymous usage analytics is off until you allow it. You are asked once, and you can change your choice any time in Settings under Data & privacy. It never includes names, ages, your child's profile, anything you type, or your plans.

What Frazzle is, and is not

Frazzle is parenting-support software for parents and caregivers. It offers guidance, practice, and reminders to help you prepare for and steady yourself through hard moments. It does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are worried about your child's wellbeing or your own, please contact a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Privacy

Frazzle is built local first: almost everything you and your child put into the app stays on your phone. For the full details, and your choices and controls, see the privacy policy. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@frazzleapp.com.

Contact

Frazzle is made for parents and caregivers of children aged 2 to 9. For help, feedback, or anything else, email support@frazzleapp.com. You can also reach us on Instagram at @tryfrazzle1.

Response times. We are a small team. We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days. Including your phone model and what you were doing when a problem happened helps us reply with a fix rather than a follow-up question.
